Terms of Service

By messaging Nemoris or using any part of the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Nemoris.

Nemoris is a WhatsApp-native AI assistant that stores the information you share and delivers reminders on WhatsApp. It is text-only and designed for personal use.

Nemoris is an assistant, not a substitute for professional advice or a guaranteed-delivery alert system. Do not rely on it as the sole reminder for critical or safety-related matters.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) and able to enter into these terms to use Nemoris.

Use Nemoris lawfully and respectfully. Do not use it to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam or abuse, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or store content you have no right to store.

We may suspend or limit access that threatens the service or other users.

The memories and content you share remain yours. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process, and recall that content solely to provide the service to you.

You are responsible for the content you send and for ensuring you have the right to share it.

We aim to keep Nemoris available and reliable, but we provide it without guarantees of uptime. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Nemoris is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that reminders will always be delivered on time or that the service will be error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nemoris and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from missed reminders, lost data, or unavailability of the service.

You may stop using Nemoris at any time and request deletion of your data. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or to protect the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will revise the "last updated" date above, and continued use of Nemoris after changes means you accept the updated terms.
