Nemoris is a WhatsApp-native AI memory and reminder assistant operated from Indonesia. In this policy, "we", "us", and "Nemoris" refer to the service and its operators; "you" refers to the person using it.

Account details: your WhatsApp phone number, and an email address if you choose to provide one.

Content you send: the messages, facts, preferences, people, tasks, and reminders you share with Nemoris so it can store and recall them for you.

Technical data: basic logs needed to operate and secure the service, such as timestamps and error records.

We use your data only to provide Nemoris: to store and recall your memories, deliver reminders on WhatsApp, authenticate you, and keep the service reliable and secure.

If you opt in, we may send you service or product emails. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Nemoris works through WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta. Your use of WhatsApp is also governed by WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy. We receive the messages you send to Nemoris in order to respond to them.

Your data is stored on a single, access-controlled server. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it, and limit internal access to what is needed to operate the service.

No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe and to minimize what we hold.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for advertising. There is no plugin marketplace passing your data around.

We may disclose data only where required by law, or to essential infrastructure providers strictly needed to run the service.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active so Nemoris can recall it for you. If you ask us to delete your data or close your account, we remove it within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it by law.

You can ask Nemoris to forget specific memories, cancel reminders, or request deletion of your data at any time. To exercise these rights, message Nemoris on WhatsApp or email us.

Nemoris is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the "last updated" date above, and significant changes will be communicated where appropriate.
